PLATFORM SELECTION GUIDE

Choosing a 50 kg Robot Platform

SR-C500 and the 50 kg SR-C600 configuration differ in footprint, platform weight and battery choices. Compare upper-module fit and complete robot requirements before choosing a model.

Different Footprints, Different Integration Decisions

C500 measures 500×500×310 mm; C600 measures 600×450×260 mm. The listed C600 platform is lower, longer and narrower, but these dimensions do not replace a review of mounting points, module overhang and operating clearances. Include platform weight when assessing handling, transport and the complete robot.

Choose Battery Capacity Separately from Payload

SR-C600 also has a 150 kg configuration weighing approximately 55 kg. Both payload configurations share the listed dimensions and 0.8 m/s maximum navigation speed. The 20 Ah or 30 Ah battery is not tied to a particular payload option; confirm the supply combination in the quotation. Assess runtime against upper-module power consumption, duty cycle and operating conditions.

Four Checks for a 50 kg Project

  1. List the weight of upper modules, sensors and carried items; confirm the payload definition, center of gravity and mounting orientation.
  2. Review dimensions and the actual mounting drawing for fixing points, overhang, connectors and service access.
  3. Describe upper-module power and duty-cycle requirements, then confirm battery capacity separately. Capacity alone does not establish runtime.
  4. Agree acceptance conditions for load, load distribution, floor and task before confirming the model and supply configuration.
