SHINING ROBOTICS

Mobile Robot Chassis Selection Guide

Work through motion, upper-module fit, payload, interfaces and delivery scope. Choose the guide closest to your decision, then review the model specifications.

Four Steps to a Platform Shortlist

  1. Describe routes, body orientation and stopping requirements to define the motion and control scope.
  2. List upper modules, sensors and loads; review load distribution, mounting, connections and power.
  3. Choose ROS drivers or TCP/IP, then confirm the host environment and standard or embedded-only deliverables.
  4. Check whether an existing configuration is sufficient; assess JDM responsibilities and acceptance if mechanics or interfaces must change.

Standard Models & Configurations

C400 lists 20 kg payload, C500 50 kg, C600 50/150 kg options and C800 150 kg. X700 uses four-wheel drive and steering with 150 kg rated payload. Payload alone does not determine suitability.
