Prices, quantities, lead times, shipping, hardware, software, documentation and support follow the written quotation or agreement. Saving an inquiry and receiving an acknowledgment confirm receipt of requirements, not an order or purchase contract. Academic quotes follow application review.
JDM, ODM and OEM descriptions identify engineering work for discussion. The agreement determines responsibilities, outputs, prototypes, production, software licenses, source access, acceptance and intellectual property. Standard drivers include source; algorithms do not. Agree other scope and confidentiality arrangements before exchanging restricted designs.
