Interface & Integration Guidance

DELIVERY & INTEGRATION

From material delivery to site integration

Define sensors, upper modules, charging equipment and system interfaces for the intended task, distinguishing the selected configuration, options and project development.

01

Mapping and autonomous navigation

LiDAR SLAM and visual localization support mapping, localization and path planning for material delivery within factories.

02

Dynamic path planning

Routes can adapt to changes involving people, goods and equipment. Assess aisles, moving obstacles and workflows before deployment.

03

Multi-sensor perception

Dual chassis LiDARs and front-facing 3D vision sense the environment, with front and rear collision sensors. The top-mounted LiDAR is optional.

04

Bin and tray transport

Integrate bins or trays for workstation replenishment and material transfer. Include the upper module and goods in the payload, and confirm dimensions, load distribution and attachment.

05

Automatic and manual charging

Supports automatic docking and charging, plus manual plug-in charging. Charging equipment, docking location and supplied items are agreed for each project.

06

Equipment integration

Gate and elevator integration can be assessed for each project. Communication protocols, site modifications and integration testing require a defined scope.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Four checks before deployment

  • Tasks: materials, destinations, delivery frequency and operator workflow.
  • Payload: combined module and goods weight, dimensions, load distribution and attachment.
  • Site: aisles, turning space, floor, slopes and pedestrian activity.
  • Systems: gate, elevator, charger and business-system interfaces and integration scope.
